Please pray for the health of my Franciscan formation leader Pat Mulligan as she has sinus surgery tomorrow  and has been having breathing issues and needs oxygen at nights and now sometimes in the day -- she's 80some years old and a real dear.

O Lord Jesus Christ our God,
You patiently endured the scourging and wounding of your sacred body,
 that You may save the souls and bodies of your people.
Look now graciously on Pat Mulligan and give her the strength to bear patiently whatever awaits her.
 Bless the people and all the means which will be used to restore her to health,
and grant that she may accept her bodily sufferings as a means of reparation for the salvation of her soul.
 For You, O Christ, our God and Savior, are merciful, and we give glory to You, together with your eternal Father and with your all-holy and life-giving spirit, now and ever, and forever.
