O Lord Jesus Christ our God,
You patiently endured the scourging and wounding of your sacred body,
 that You may save the souls and bodies of your people.
Look now graciously on the suffering body of  your servant
and give her the strength to bear patiently whatever awaits her.
 Bless the people and all the means which are being used to restore her to health,
