I always am so happy to read your and Cyril's posts. They brighten my days.
I am so glad you two are here.
Yes I am the same way, I want our holy days to be holy days not holidays.
Amen let them become so again.

I suppose if I said I was getting slower faster you wouldn't find it a very crisp nor precise remark. But please forgive me and accept my best wishes for every day. My bride has just scheduled a hip replacement surgery in June, which seems to concern me more than her. Please keep us in your prayers.

Welcome Curious, I hope you will enjoy your journey in this Saints-works forum as much as I have. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have about how things work here. Almost every source I have about St Patrick describes him as the son of an English pastor (many priests were allowed to be married in those days) who was captured at about the age of 6 by raiding Irish seamen, and held as a slave in Ireland for about 6 six years until he escaped and managed to stow away on a boat headed for England. He resolved to become a priest and return to convert Ireland as much as he could. I'm writing off the top of my head, but you can click the search button on the top bar to see a summary of comments here about St Patrick. Enjoy.

Hello curious, my apologies, but I've had to remove the previous post because it was off the topic of the thread, that is 'St. Patrick'.
Be sure to keep replies on topic, and please spend some more time familiarizing yourself with the kinds of topics suitable to the discussion forums. While there is no specific policy here against AI content, at least as of yet, if you're using an AI, please do not use it or wikis for long summary or article like posts and please include a note that it is being used when it is.
Also for sources, saints and the holiest religious Catholic references from before 1958 are what are the standard here, with rare exceptions as necessary. I don't want you to waste your time making posts that will not be kept, so please take care.
Also this forum has a messaging system, be sure to check your messages if you have not yet.
