Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, and all the faithfully departed.

St. Joseph pray for her.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee
blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus
Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death
Amen

Prayer for Mercy for the Dying
O merciful Jesus,
lover of souls,
I beseech You, by the agony of Your Most Sacred Heart
and by the sorrows of Your Immaculate Mother,
wash clean in Your Blood the sinners of the whole world
who are now in their final agony,
but especially those on their way to eternal damnation
and who are to die this day.
Heart of Jesus who suffered death's agony,
I beg You have mercy on these poor souls.
Amen.
