My first is a human being.
My second is to walk.

And you're both right on the first one, both walking and reverse are correct answers!

I am confused . She was both walking and driving reverse?

Haha, both are different answers, but both correct.

If you're going the wrong way down a one way street, it's ok if it's in reverse (briefly), and it's ok if you're not driving but walking.

A girl who was just learning to drive went down a one-way street in the wrong direction, but didn't break the law.

there is also this story that when St. Augustine went to Milan, he noticed that the Christians there did not fast on Saturday as did those in  Rome. He consulted St. Ambrose who was then bishop of Milan. Saint Ambrose reportedly replied: "When I am at Rome, I fast on a Saturday;  when I am at Milan, I do not. Follow the custom of the Church where you are."
The comment went through some changes by others
 Eventually it became "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
